When you buy something of theirs from private party or not an authorized dealer you get what you get and that is no tech assistance basically.

The dealer that you bought your locker from should be dealing with your concerns that is why there is no real Yukon or USA standard tech lines because all of us dealers of their products are your tech assistants. Randy's owns Yukon and USA standard that is why you get through to Randy's ring and pinion when you call Yukon or USA standard and don't get the yukon or USA standard extension. But now I have left them a detailed message as well. After dialing a ton and just getting voicemail I dialed 5554 and told the guy I needed tech help and he transferred me to another voicemail. Found that all their extensions are 4 digit and 555x will get you to a extension. Well I just called Yukon again for the millionth time and decided to start trying extension numbers. This is bad customer service on their part.

I'm not sure how important that is tho since I can't seem to talk to anyone at Yukon and even after leaving a message they won't call me back. I don't like how the blocks don't sit center with the diff pin. I believe that the locker itself was made wrong.

As you can see from the video, both tires are new, same brand and psi, last year I had to do tube seals and axle u joints and found that the preload was too much so I replaced the diff bearings and reset the preload. Tire size - creates a locker that needs to ratchet consistently, and malfunction, if not Exactly the same size/brand/and air PSI.Īxle is straight, no brake drag.
